Scalloped Crepe Dress

Full-length sleeveless green hombré form-fitting gown made of crepe-like fabric which culminates in a flared, scalloped skirt with light wiring to keep the shape, bearing a "Mashiah" label, no size (but likely 4 or 6). Worn by Googoosh in performance in 2010 in Washington, DC.
