Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us at t@lulaharchive.com within 5 days of receiving your item.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In its original condition 

Please note:
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange only. 

As a consignment-based store, each item is one-of-a-kind and carefully inspected before shipping. Because of the pre-owned nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns based on general wear or fit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

Once ordered are shipped and in the possession of UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS the responsibility becomes that of the shipper and no longer of LULAH ARCHIVE. Receipts of drop off shall be made by LULAH ARCHIVE. 

We're based in Los Angeles, CA and operate Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to ship your order. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer:

• UPS Ground (2–4 business days) – Flat rate: $15

• Additional shipping options are available and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferences.
